Balanced and fresh on the palate, with Muscat notes mixed with exotic flavours of apricot and fresh mango. Serve well chilled between 5-7ºC. Goes with Lebanese salads and mezze dishes like fattouche, tabouleh, hommos, oysters, mussels cooked in white wine and grilled fish. Best served young but can be drunk up to 3 years after the vintage date. Varietal composition, Muscat a Petits Grains, Bourboulenc, Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, Verdejo and Clairette.
