Tugra Kalecik Karasi is an indigenous red varietal from Turkey.
Initial aromas of cherry tart, ripe red plum, fig and chocolate. Once swirled and open, it reveals a unique match of aromatics, chocolate again and a hint of black pepper. Palate is elegant and balanced, sustained by the perfect moderate acidity, giving way to a jovial lingering texture. Potential Aging of 5-6 years.
Enjoy with Grilled/fried/steamed/creamy sauced fish dishes, grilled/ roasted white meats, pastry dishes with meat, white meat with tomato or creamy sauces.
