A fragrant bouquet of fresh rose petals, confectionary, strawberry and black pepper notes dominate the nose. An intensely flavoured palate with lovely richness and a harmonious creamy finish.
A dry style wine, fantastic for warm summer days. Best served chilled 8-10 degrees Celsius as an aperitif or with most starters such as shellfish, antipasti, vegetable soups, spicy dishes, mild cheeses, fruit salads or grilled seafood. Grape Variety, Mavroudi – Syrah.
