How do I know when my order has been despatched?
Once your payment has been approved your order will be despatched. You will then receive an email notification to let you know that your order is on its way.
Where is my order?
As soon as your order is despatched we’ll email you a unique Australia Post Consignment Number which will allow you to track your item online. Simply visit auspost.com.au/track and enter your unique Consignment Number. Here you will be able to track the location of your order step-by-step.
Delivery times
Our standard delivery times are 7-14 business days to most areas. For some rural areas and other areas specified by Australia Post, deliveries are only available for collection at the local Post Office.
What if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order hasn’t been received within 14 business days, please either;
- Visit auspost.com.au/track and enter your unique Consignment Number. Here you will be able to track the location of your order step-by-step
- Call us on 03 9464 7299
- Email us at info@floxwines.com.au
What if I’m not home when my delivery arrives?
Our delivery contractors, Australia Post, generally deliver during business hours. If you’re not expected to be home during business hours we suggest, if possible, providing your work address as the delivery address.
Where are the delivery exclusions?
- We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
- We do not currently deliver to NT through our website. For delivery to NT Please phone our office on 03 9464 7299.
- We cannot deliver to areas that are classified by the Australian Government as dry zones or Australian Islands that are classified as in International Waters.
