A multi-region Riesling, sourced from traditional South Australian growing regions across the Barossa Valley and Riverland. Harvested at cool nights to preserve aromatics, crushed to skin contact for 45 minutes, free-run juice gravity settled for 12 hours before racking and wild fermentation at cool temperatures.
