Abundant red fruits — strawberry, cherry, wild berry and black frost cake — supported by purple flowers, a hint of pink peppercorn, mushroom and fennel-like spice.
PALATE
Juicy and fruited with red cherry, beetroot, cranberry and strawberry short cake. Silky tannins, smooth and balanced with an easy, approachable finish.
SERVING & PAIRING
Duck liver pâté with cranberry crackers. Hoisin duck noodles. Tofu with hoisin (vegetarian).

BACKGROUND
A multi-region Pinot Noir sourced from Barossa, Eden Valley, Wrattonbully and Riverland. Picked in the cool of the night to preserve aromatics, gently destemmed and fermented in stainless steel with natural yeast. Seven days on skins before pressing to tank for malolactic fermentation.
